Processing Time
• Orders placed by 2 PM PT (Mon–Fri) ship same day; otherwise next business day.
• During launches/sales/holidays, allow an extra 1–2 business days.

Delivery Estimates
• U.S. Standard: 2–5 business days
• U.S. Expedited: 1–3 business days
• International: 5–10+ business days (customs may add time)

Carriers & Tracking
• We partner with USPS/UPS/FedEx. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues
• Please confirm your address at checkout. Missed deliveries/returns due to incorrect addresses may incur reship fees.

RETURNS

Eligibility
• Hair must be unopened, unused, unaltered, in original packaging with ties intact.
• Lace products must have uncut lace; no bleaching, tinting, or customization.
• Return window: 14 days from delivery.

How to Start a Return
• Submit a request via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps.

Refunds & Fees
• Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (processing times vary by bank).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Final-sale/clearance items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

• If you prefer a different length/texture, request an exchange in your return message—we’ll confirm stock and options.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist quickly.

International Returns
• Mark as “Return Goods” on customs forms. Any duties/taxes are non-refundable by Luxe Hair Bar.
